Scope
This policy covers public inquiries, accounts, RFQs, quotes, supplier applications, documents, messages, and operational activity on the Supplyward platform.
Information processed
We may process account and company details, project and property information, product requirements, communications, uploaded documents, quote and order activity, supplier records, security logs, and device or usage data needed to operate and protect the service.
Purposes
Information is used to provide procurement services, manage accounts, prepare and administer quotes, communicate, improve reliability, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and protect confidential records.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers and selected suppliers only as needed for the authorized workflow. Supplier identities, competing bids, internal notes, and margins are not released through buyer-facing interfaces. We do not claim to sell personal information.
Security and retention
Access controls, secure sessions, private file storage, audit records, and administrative safeguards are used. No system is risk-free. Records are retained according to business, legal, security, and dispute needs, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
